At Precious Parcels, we are committed to delivering your gift boxes safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

• Shipping Partner: We ship all orders through NZ Post, ensuring your parcels are delivered securely and efficiently.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • North Island: 2-4 business days

  • South Island: 3-5 business days

  • Rural Areas: 5-7 business days

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We offer standard and overnight shipping options for your convenience.

• Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel’s journey with NZ Post.

• International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within New Zealand.

• Packaging: We carefully package each gift box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

• Lost or Damaged Items: If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking information, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.​
